Kariool is Karicom Ltd’s very own design and build series.

Karicom Ltd can design and construct a unit to your unique needs or you have the option to purchase one of our standard units.

Kariool units can be supplied as a bare shell right through to fully self contained – including curtains, toilet, shower, sink unit, electrical.
All units are made from galvanised coloursteel polypanel which is filled with polystyrene. External linings can be supplied in coloursteel or Palliside cladding. Internal walls can be supplied in either, coloursteel, wood paneling or gib plasterboard. All buildings by Karicom Ltd are low in maintenance and ready to go.

Kariool’s double flashing system guarantees a weather tight and well insulated unit. Keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter.
